Copyright Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
StudyBH is built for students to share their own notes and material that is allowed to be shared. We respect the rights of creators and respond quickly to complaints.
Sharing material responsibly
Before you upload, tick the box to confirm that you made the file or have permission to share it. Do not upload commercial textbooks, paid courses, confidential exams or other people's work without permission. Files can be hidden or removed at any time, and accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material are removed.
If you are a copyright owner
If a file on StudyBH copies your work without permission, please tell us. You can use the Report button on the file, or the button below. Include:
- The title of the file (or its address) so we can find it.
- A description of your work that has been copied and, if possible, where the original is.
- Your name and an email address where we can reach you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law, and that your information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Reports go to the site's administrator. We aim to review them promptly and will usually hide the file while we look into it.
What we do next
- We hide or remove the file that was reported when the report looks valid.
- We may tell the person who uploaded it that it was removed.
- If the uploader believes the removal was a mistake, they can tell us why through the same form and we will review it again.
- Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
