StudyBH is a free website where students in Bahrain share study material with each other. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use it

Anyone can browse. To upload files, write reviews or save your progress you need an account. If you are under 18, use the site with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

2. What you may upload

• Your own notes, summaries, slides and practice questions.
• Past papers and handouts that your instructor or school gave you to share.
• Other material only if you have the owner's permission.

Do not upload commercial textbooks, paid course packs, exam papers marked confidential, other people's graded work, or files that contain private information such as ID numbers, phone numbers or photos of other people.

3. Your rights, and what you give us

You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you made the file or have permission to share it, and you allow StudyBH to store it, show it to other users, make smaller copies of it (for example compressed versions and page thumbnails), and create study aids from it such as summaries, flashcards and quizzes. This permission ends when the file is removed, except for backups that are deleted on a normal schedule.

4. Rules of conduct

• No unlawful, hateful, threatening or sexual content.
• No spam, advertising or links to harmful sites.
• No malware, no attempts to break, overload or scrape the site, and no use of other people's accounts.
• Be honest in reviews and reports.

5. Removal and enforcement

Admins review uploads and reports. We may hide or delete any file or review, and suspend or remove any account, at any time, especially after a copyright complaint or when these terms are broken. Repeat infringers are removed. See our Copyright policy for how to report a file.

6. Study aids and reviews

Summaries, flashcards, quizzes and reviews are produced automatically or by admins to help you study. They can contain mistakes. Check important facts against your official course material.

7. No guarantees

StudyBH is provided free and "as is". Files are shared by students, so we do not promise they are correct, complete, current or suitable for your exam. We do not promise the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by using the site or relying on a file.

8. Advertising

The site may show advertisements, including ads served by Google. See the Privacy policy for what that involves and how to choose.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. To contact us, use the report form.
